1. The SINILOAN WATER DISTRICT, through its
Internal Cash Generation (ICG)
fund intends to apply the sum of PhP 777,000.00 being the Approved Budget For
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract
for the Drilling of one (1)
Exploratory/Production Well.
2. The SINILOAN WATER DISTRICT (SIWADI) now
invites sealed Bids from
prospective Bidders for the Drilling of one (1) Exploratory / Production Well. The
work to be performed includes furnishing
of equipment, machinery, tools, labor,
transportation, including fuel, power, air
and water and any other means necessary
to complete all works required to
drill. Casings and screens will be
owner’s
supplied.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open
competitive bidding procedures using
non-discretionary pass/fail criteria As
specified in the Implementing Rules and
Regulations Part A (IRR-A) of Republic Act
9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known
as the “Government Procurement Act.”
4. Interested prospective Bidders may obtain
further information and inspect the
Bidding Documents at the Bid and Awards
Committee, Siniloan Water District,
(049) 501-6656.
5. Prospective Bidders should purchase the
Bidding Documents on payment of a
non-refundable fee of PhP 2,000.00
from the above office. Deadline for the
issuance of the Bidding Documents is on November 14,2017.
6. A Pre-Bid conference will be held at the
above office on November 6,2017 at 2:00
p.m.
7. The deadline for submission of bids is at 1:00 p.m. on November 17,2017 at the
Siniloan Water District Office. The opening of the first bid envelopes will
immediately follow.
