EODB Month

 



In celebration of Ease of Doing Business (EODB) Month, the Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART) conducted a Nationwide Frontline Service Inspection at the Siniloan Water District (SIWADI) Office on Thursday, May 15, 2025. This initiative aligns with ARTA Memorandum Circular No. 2025-01 and Advisory No. 2025-011.

The inspection is part of a broader nationwide campaign to evaluate and enhance the quality of government service delivery, in accordance with Republic Act No. 11032, also known as the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.

During the inspection, the team assessed the effectiveness, efficiency, and accessibility of SIWADI’s frontline services. The inspection also involved verifying the presence of EODB Month campaign materials and interviewing clients/concessionaires who recently accessed the agency’s services.

This activity highlights the government’s commitment to improving public service delivery by streamlining processes and ensuring client satisfaction at all services.
